It’s time to reflect on 2011 and where your business is at, even where your life is at. Start thinking about what has helped you reach some goals that you had for this year and what stopped you from reaching other goals that you had.
Now that I got you thinking…
I want you to come up with some well defined goals for 2012 right now and then make a commitment below to follow through on trying to accomplish those goals – you’ll be much more likely to follow through.
I know I’m asking you kind of a lot by doing this, but I promise you it’s worth it and I’m even going to give the person with the best comment 2 hours of personal coaching – a $500 value!

First of all thank you Jeff for all that you do, you sure know how to look out for our best interest and everything I’ve purchased based on your promotions has been worth it.
Here is my goal for 2012
My goal is to be making $4,000 a month I will do this by having a total of 35 niche sites by the end of 2012. I currently have a few niche sites and once I have 7 or 8 I will start outsourcing most of the work. Since I still have a day job this will help me speed up my progress and move toward a full time online business in 2012.

I have a few goals but I’ll list 1 here
I want to make $7,000 a month and I plan on doing this with a combination of my list and products in my health niche along with my offline marketing business.
I will simply continue doing what has given me results, then scale up what’s already working and stop doing what is not.

I think accountability like this is the lifeblood of this business and just thinking about it tells me what I need to do
I have created two new sites in the last couple of months which I have then not followed through, networked and driven traffic to them
I have also not worked on my blog for months so the only thing happening there is dozens of daily spam comments to remove
So my plan starting now and building into next year is working my online sites properly and building relationships to build affiliates to sell my first product, again completed but not promoted

Great Tony I agree accountability is HUGE in this business because you don’t have a boss watching over you, so you have to be self motivating or have someone else hold you accountable. I just want to say thanks for all the great info you give us, it has helped me a lot.
My absolute main goal is to quit my job by the end of 2012 or before. I have begun to put things in place and am getting ready to go full steam ahead come January.
I have about 25 Niche blogs up and running right now, and many more in the works, just have to start pushing traffic to them.
I also have a few squeeze pages up and i need to just start pushing traffic to them to build my list’s. So basically i need to get busy with the traffic part of it all.
Another goal of mine is to get away from all the info overload. It has been distracting me for the last month or so.

Wayne good to hear… traffic is hard for many people it takes either a lot of time and effort or you need to outsource it.
Everyone struggles with too much information coming in and distractions. This isn’t easy to control – I’ve been trying for years and I still have trouble with it on rare occasions.
Well, i have achieved my goal for this year. And only achieved it a couple of months ago. That goal was to get off my lazy behind and just get on with it. I read everything to do with IM, now to put into practice.
As you know Jeff, i have purchased PP Commissions Marketing, its going alright, but nothing that i can call great. Getting the odd purchase here and there.
Now, my goal is this:
Save up a bit more commission that i get. Which i have to wait a bit longer. Make a product. Setup the domain name and hosting. Setup the $7 script. And ask people to promote. They get 100% commission, i get the list. Because i setup the front end as a squeeze page.
And Jeff, i think someone else is more worthy of the coaching than i.
The reason i say this is, because of my second goal. I wouldn’t be able to do the coaching until i tell my wife that i am doing this – AGAIN! I have tried in the past to do this, with building websites and stuff. But, made no money. However, i never tried list building, and its kinda working. The downside is, i ain’t breaking even yet. I have adswaps all setup now, for this month. But, its going to be a while before i can be making money in profit.
Also, i didn’t know you had a blog. Could mention it in your signature in your emails.

My business goal is simple: build 1 niche site a month 12 total and hopefully each site will make on average $100 a month so I’ll make $1,200 a month by the end of the year.
I know this is not a real ambitious goal but I don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to my business.

Yes I do make goals. I’m private with them but do personal, spiritual and work goals.
I do weekly, monthly and as far as I can go annually.
I’ve yet to learn some things to do more annually.
For work goals I make each goal just a tiny bit above the comfort zone and keep lifting the bar a tiny bit as I go.
My first goal after the season break is to separate profitable work from not so profitable work and prioritise these. Then overcome the fears to do with websites.
I believe there could be a few people around that could relate to this.

Great, yeah that’s exactly what goals should be a little bit out of your comfort zone.
It’s extremely challenging to think long term, so annual goals are quite hard to stick to, I usually change my long term goals as I go and that seems to work well.
Also you really should be thinking about reaching your goals as soon as possible and not use them as a means to put things off – hope this helps!
